just come back from a long weekend in Rome. Rome needs no write up, if you want to go you already know that its going to be great......and it is. we stayed at the Tolentino Suites in piazza Barberini. Its only a 5 minute walk to the trevvi fountain and spannish steps. The hotel its self is fantastic, you enter... More

Tolentino Suites is located just steps away from the Metro which is easy to use to get to all of the major sites. The hotel is within walking distance of the Spanish Steps and the Trevi fountain. The rooms are very nice with nicely sized bathrooms. The manager of the suites, Joey, was very helpful during our stay. He recommended... More

The location of Tolentino Suites is fantastic; metro at the end of the block and within walking distance of many of the sites. We arrived in Rome by train and just hopped onto the metro to be practically delivered to the front door. We used the metro to get to Vatican City, the park entrance to Borghese Gallery and the... The nicely appointed rooms in the Piazzo Barberini area were only outmatched by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The location worked well as a starting/ending points for long days of sightseeing. Our last day, we arranged for a 5 am shuttle to the airport, and they were up, helped with our baggage and gave us a nice farewell... More

Stayed two nights at Tolentino and had a great experience. Compared to B&Bs and agriturismos we'd just stayed at in other parts of Italy it wasn't cheap - our double was 150 Euro. But Rome itself isn't cheap, and our great experience justified the pricetag. The B&B is on the second floor of an old building just off Piazza Barberini.... More

Joey, the manager is a great host, ever ready to help as best as he can. We stayed here for 5 nights, and had a small room for the first couple of nights, but were moved to a much larger room after. All rooms are in excellent shape, very clean and well maintained. The location of the hotel is great,... More

After 6 months renovation, B&B Tolentino is back in business. All rooms now have private baths. Nicely decorated, reasonably priced, good breakfast (served in room - no dining area), convenient location with a knowledgeable and pleasant host, "Joey". Hot water was "spotty" but Joey advised a second tank was being installed to resolve that (the ONLY) problem. The elevator works... More

The Tolentino B&B is in a beautifully restored 200 year old mansion turned apartment/office building. With an excellent location, just off Piazza Barberini, next door to the Hotel Barberini and sheik Via Veneto, half a block from the metro and major bus stops. Short walking distance to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, other major attractions, shopping areas, many restaurants, a... More

Family of 4 travelled Europe June/July 07 and spent 3 nights in Rome at the Tolentino Bed and Breakfast. Lovely spacious accommodation (which is unheard of in Europe), fantastic position convenient to many sites and public transport, great restaurants very close, extremely kind and helpful staff who couldn't do enought for us. Coffee fantastic but breakfast a little disappointing. Would... More
