The nicely appointed rooms in the Piazzo Barberini area were only outmatched by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The location worked well as a starting/ending points for long days of sightseeing. Stayed two nights at Tolentino and had a great experience. Compared to B&Bs and agriturismos we'd just stayed at in other parts of Italy it wasn't cheap - our double was 150 Euro. After 6 months renovation, B&B Tolentino is back in business. All rooms now have private baths. Nicely decorated, reasonably priced, good breakfast (served in room - no dining area), convenient location with a knowledgeable and pleasant host, "Joey".
