Location, breakfast, service, cleanliness - are perfect! The atmosphere is pleasent, warm and intimate. The staff is very helpul and tries to meet all your needs. All staff members are most freindly, kind and good-spirited. It is desireable to ask for a room that does not face the street, but one that is facing the courtyard - for the reason... More

Excellent location, tasty breakfast and great staff. Good points: 1. Hotel is in an excellent location. It is right to Manzzini metro statio, and a bus and tram stop which makes your travel around Rome very easy and quick. 2. Breakfast was great with tasty Italian bread and home made cakes and croissants. Plentiful of food. Convenient breakfast hours. 3.... More

We know that some of our rooms are not renovated yet....so they are no so comfortable, but within a few weeks all the work will be completed and then all of... More

I gasped when I walked into the room and realized it was the same size of a jail cell (as seen on TV). The shower was the same size of a phone booth and the carpet was so old and worn I did not want my feet to touch it. If you are bigger than a size 6-8, don't expect... More

First of all, the staff are very friendly and speak excellent English - I have no complaint against the staff. Unfortunately the hotel bar which is supposedly open, during the day till midnight, was very rarely staffed which meant you had to seek out a member of staff should you want a drink and on one occasion it closed at... Dear Laura, first of all I'd like to thank you for pointing out the competence and friendliness of our staff as well as our hearty breakfast . The room No. 117 where you have slept, is exactly the next room we had planned to restructure.... If you come back, you will not regre. Chiara Mencarelli- Hotel Manager More

Excellent location, close to the train station and across the street to the metro. Though you could easily walk to the center of the attractions (Colosseum) in about 10-15 minutes. The staff were friendly and helpful without any hesitations. I had a few requests while there and they were always friendly and helpful. The breakfast w the typical, but loads... More

The hotel is well located in Rome. The rooms are comfortable and the service and friendliness of the staff is excellent. It is difficult to find hotels in Rome that are this good value for money Breakfast is also excellent, the hotel is modern, but still keeps its traditional values

Hotel is located near all the major attractions and next to an subway entrance. Hotel is fairly well maintained. Room is ok, size may be a bit small. The major complaint is the internet. Wifi is only available at the lobby. Signal falls off quickly when you move away from the lobby.

As a business traveller who spends approximately 50 nights per year in Rome, this is the worst experience I've had. Having checked out the hotel on various websites I booked it for a short stay. Upon checking in, I was led out the back door of the hotel to another building, open to the street outside, with no staff or... More

Dear Miss. Phibin Dargan, thank you for your review. The room that we have been assigned is one of the rooms for the disabled people, that are precisely on the ground floor of our hotel (not on the highway, but in our private internal courtyard where some guests park their car next to trees and tables of the Bar). My husband and I were excited to get a good deal on expedia for this room, which is rated as 4 stars. It didn't live up to the quality you would expect from a 4-star hotel, and is in a bit of a scary district--don't walk around there alone at night. We were extremely disappointed in almost every respect. When... More

A great hotel for visiting the attractions of Rome at a very reasonable price. Rooms are very clean, a good size with a pleasant bathroom. A slight down side is if you are at the front of the hotel the eary morning trams are noisy. Close to many of the attractions and both metro and trams right outside the door.... More
