Walking distance to railroad and St. Peters Sq. Owners very helpful, we had trouble with private transport to airport, so Francesa stepped up and made a call. Driver arrived promptly he was polite and efficent. The B& B is actually 3 bedrooms(private baths and balcony) in an apartment bldg., so don't go looking for a big sign.No luxury, but clean.... more

Casa Franci is a bed and breakfast gem. Whether walking or using public transport it is convenient for the whole of Rome. Being tucked away in a residential area it is also quiet. The welcome and advice you receive is better than any guide book! Fully recommended! more

We stayed in 2 different rooms, the Beige Room and the Green Room. We loved having breakfast on the balcony and looking at St. Peters Basilica. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well. The rooms were quiet and everything was very clean. We stayed here after a cruise for 4 nights. Very accomadating and helpful with getting around Rome. We found good eating places near by and the bus system worked for us. Tain station was near by. We are an older couple and we found this place great. Canada more

The location is awesome, 5-7 minutes walk and you are in the Vatican City. At the end of the lane, on the corner there is a small take-away pizza parlour (rather American looking!) which does some outstanding pizzas, I kid-you-not. Awesome! The B&B is fine. My husband and I stayed at Casi Franci B&B for 7 nights in June of 2009. The location is fantastic. However, contrary to other reviews, we did not get the personalized service we expected.
