My wife and I stayed here while visiting Rome for our Honeymoon in Oct 2011. The price of the room fit the quality of the room, nothing extravagent or special, just a small clean bedroom and bathroom. The location was good, walking distance to the vatican, you can actually see St Peter's when eating on the balcony outside. The hospitality... More

Rubbish service as we arrived at 3pm and couldn't get hold of anyone to let us in to our room until 5pm at least! Dirty room! Locks faulty as couldn't get into the apartment block in the evening. Extremely rude staff....especially the manager who constantly seems to bend the truth on trip advisor! Overall disgusting and please, please, please avoid!!!!!!

I shall not go into details regarding this guests' comments, but dear Trip Advisor readers, you will note that she wrote an equally horrible review on my B&B on September 8, 2011 (take a look at it) in which she states she stayed with us on that date. Funny that our place being is so horrible, she comes back again... More

We booked this place mainly because of the budget rate. Firstly, it is very close to Vatican but far from other attractions especially those on the other side of Tiber River. However, there are bus stand and train station within a few minutes walk from the B&B. The B&B is located away from main road so it is actually quite... More

We stayed here in June 2011 and were satisfied with room and our host. i think his name is Corado. Very pleasant, spoked english and we get breakfast at ordered time. Room we reserved didnt have church view, but we didnt pay either for such kind of room. We didnt find directly when we came. I dont remember that i... More

Avoid this B&B. Room was shabby, bed most uncomfortable and the breakfast consisted of packed pastries from the supermarket and toasts. No tea is available. The bathroom which serves also as a laundry room has a mixture of fittings and nothing which resembles real soap is provided. True it is extremely close to the Vatican and St Peters all the... More

Thank You for you review. May I point out that this guest really requested a hotel set upon arrival, composed by slippers, toothbrush, bathing gown, and shaving tools. He wanted a wake up call and asked for a cooked breakfast at his own desired time. Incredibly, he also stated that the trip to the airport was included in the room... More

We stayed- I think in the Tiber Room- (it was next door to the Colosseum Room) which listed there was a balcony upon which to eat breakfast. This is a little misleading - as the balcony was for the Colosseum Room and we had a door to their balcony...which i could only see as totally awkward- to sit at their... More

It's truly awful, Everything was not as described. Balcony does not have any Basilica's view as promised. AC on the wall does not work, the blanket is old and wornout. Soap is terrible that I used my own. Dirty, they don't clean the bath room everyday, they just put it to look as if it was cleaned. Terrible and worst... More

We stayed here for 4 nights. It is located a distance away from the main Rome city area, but is it EXTREMELY close to the Vatican. 5-10 minutes walk and you will be at St. Peter's square. The BnB is located right next to St Pietro Train station. It cost 0.90eur for a ticket from Rome Central station to this... More

Stayed here in March of this year and only just realised that I forgot to warn other potential guests about our totally awful experience! When we arrived the person who should have let us in to the shoddy apartment block that this b and b is part of, was not there and we left waiting for well over an hour... More

Dear Readers, If this guest asserts that the Vatican "is not a safe" area, she/he does not know that this is one of the most exclusive resdiential areas of Rome and at the same time one of the most visited areas of this city and indeed the world, It is also the most central and most patrolled by police. How... More

Perfect location to the Vatican. Bed and private bathroom and balcony is all we needed so this was perfect. Breakfast in the a.m. was a plus. Cezar speaks good English and is very helpful with questions, how to get around, where to go etc. We travel quite a bit and can recommend this place for savvy travelers who are not... More
