First time in Rome and i will surely come back. At first i had a difficult time of locating the hotel its a building with 3 different inn but different owners i guessit is quite an old vibe hotel ,you know that thing in the movie like a tiny elevator with a metal door, anyway place is near rome termini only walking distance .and the place is quiet and safe as well .there are filipino restaurant as well . Laundry is just around the corner .I had the nicest balcony and the bedroom is quite homey vibe .the toilet is small but good for 1-2 person . The water pressure is good as well and so is the water heater .Overall enjoyed my stay , oops wifi is good as well

This place was cheap to stay and we expected it to be pretty average but were so thrilled when we arrived! Cute little elevator takes you up to your room and we walk in to 2 double beds, tv, spacious storage and our only balcony with table and chairs, so much space! Wifi works well and the beds were very comfortable!

The room was very small, but due to the fact that you're staying in there just to sleep, it's kinda acceptable. The bathroom was not that clean, neither were the sheets. The only good thing was the short walk to Termini station.

Really nice. The host was really helpful. There was a nice restaurant right next to the hotel. It was a bit far from the touristic places, but it was a really beautiful neighborhood. The room was really clean, and it had everything I needed.

Two friends and I stayed at the hotel for one night while in Rome. We rented a three person room with a private bathroom. Upon arrival, you must ring a bell to get let in and then head up a few floors. There was a lift provided so that was helpful! The room included three individual beds which was amazing, and the bathroom was very nice! We didn't eat breakfast but it was available. The location was very nice--only about a 10/15 minute walk from the beginning of the sites!

The hotel was only five minutes from the termini station so wasn't too hard to walk there with my heavy suitcase. It wasn't too hard to find and the staff were really friendly and helpful. It was good value for a stopover in Rome.

We have stayed in a budget hotel in Rome before so we were very disappointed with this one. The reception office was on the second floor and we were then shown to a room on the fifth floor. There was a very old lift which luckily worked efficiently. We had a room for three which was actually a small double with an extra bed squeezed in. There were French windows opening onto a roof terrace which had definitely seen better days with a lot of weeds in pots. It could have been a lovely addition to the room. The shower room was disgusting. The shower cubicle was manky with black mould around the shower door and the toilet required a lot of pumping on a small button in order to get it to flush. The promised shampoo and shower gel were small bottles already half used. Breakfast was equally an adventure as it required us to leave the building and go to the bar on the corner. Here we handed in a ticket to get in return a coffee OR a glass of orange and a croissant by a very grumpy fellow. If you wanted anything more you had to pay for it. When we checked out of the hotel we had to wait for someone to appear at the reception office - even though advertised as 24 hours. We handed over keys and were basically dismissed with no enquiry into how our stay had been. I am thankful that the city offers enough delights for us not to have to spend any longer than necessary in this dreadful place. The only good points were that the beds were clean and comfortable.

Was hesitant to stay here after seeing some bad reviews, but I'm so glad we did. It was a perfectly lovely hotel. + The room was huge! Nice large bed, couch, desk, and wardrobe. +The wifi was great. Reliable and fast enough for streaming. + Water pressure in shower was good (albeit a little too good- perfect for washing my hair, a little much for body). +A/C in the room worked, we slept comfortably. +Plenty of plugs for charging our many electronics. +Felt secure with two locked doors between our room and the street (aside from our room door of course). + They let us check in at 10:30 am. Both check in and out were quick and easy. There were a couple of things that weren't so great: -hair dryer in the bathroom kept over heating after only a minute or two of use. - There were no "do not disturb" signs for the doors... We prefer not to have our rooms cleaned during our stays, and this proved unavoidable between no sign and no one at reception when we left our room for the day. Just a minor annoyance, although when the room was cleaned the maid turned off the air, so we did come back to a warm room. As much as I want to be annoyed by that, it's also better for the environment to not leave it running all day, so... Despite the minor negatives, I have to say I was really impressed with this hotel. At $60ish a night I felt it was wonderful and it would definitely be my first choice for future stays in Rome. One note: they do have an elevator but it's old and tiny. If you're bringing a lot of luggage be prepared to make multiple trips... Or take the stairs (which we did the whole stay, it wasn't bad).

I wasn't expecting much more than a bed and a bathroom for the price but this was ridiculous. Great location, but very hard to find. The staff was less than friendly. The website stated that the rooms were air conditioned but not true. I kept asking them to repair our unit and I was told it worked. So, we turned it on before a long 97 degree day in Rome, only to find the cleaning lady turned the unit off and opened the windows, so we just about suffocated all night. The whole experience was just a little shady. So much for trying to save a few bucks.
