Friendly and helpful staff. Very good location .clean rooms. The area around the hotel has cafe's and restaurants, seems safe enough. We found this an excellent hotel to explore Rome. Very good location near the railwaystation Termini. Rooms are clean and thera are free Wi-Fi. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Reception is open 24/7. One nice detail, there are good breakfast places near the hotell. I recommend.
