Nice little Family B & B just in the hart of Rome placed 5 min. walk from both the Spanish stairs and the Trevi Fontaine. Very good value for your money. Our room (31) was quiet and had a nice balcony too. The only thing to be aware of is that some rooms face a noisy street. More

This hotel was not as good as expected from reviews. The rooms are small and the walls are thin. Lots of noise from room next door. Breakfast was ok, but not a lot was offered. Will not stay here again. There are lots of better places in Rome for what you pay. More

Eva's rooms is very near of everything, about 5 minutes to Spanish steps and Fontada di Trevi. Rooms are quite small but there is enough room to sleep and spend time. Bathroom is ok, not so small.
