Ancient Trastevere B&B is a hidden gem. Elisabetta, the owner, is a charming and lovely young woman, very polite and helpful.
The Suite a very spacious open space loft style room, with a living area at the lower floor and the bedroom with an excellent bed at the top floor. Clean and comfortable, very eccentric and unique taste in decoration, very well located and easy to find, the best price in town and right on the doorstep to ancient Rome. Within walking distance (5 to 15 minutes) from all the great sights in Rome.
The Suite is in a lovely authentic Italian apartment with a view on the Farnesina garden and the Tiber river. The Building is very elegant, an ancient 18th century palazzo, with a fountain in the main entrance and marble decor.
The self-catering breakfast area has an automatic Nespresso coffee machine that prepares espresso, latte macchiato and even cappuccino; fresh fruit, juice, croissants were of great sustainance.
