Solution to aircon that is stuck at 28C ? (exciting the bedbugs to bite all night) ...open your window to the smelly service alley/courtyard!  "you have no other choice...do that or you can just stay hot!".  Nice.  Such appalling customer service.  Once you've paid, you're garbage to these people.
