I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights, and needed spacious room. Unfortunately I had reserved the apartment right after others, so the info hadn´t reached the site yet. I was right away informed about double booking and was offered upgraded room for the first 2 nights (suite) and they even promised to make necessary preparations for me. Points for... more

Good location less than five minutes from train station and within walking distance of most major attractions. The staff were very helpful and responsive both before and after we arrived. There's a good little coffee shop around the corner. more

One of the best hotels I have stayed in to date The room was clean and the air conditioning was a god send during the scorching summer. The room was stocked with a selection of snacks and drinks to avail of and there was a communal kitchen area where tea or coffee could be mad. The laptop was very useful... more

This was just an overnight stay, arriving from the Rome airport in the evening. Very happy with the warm welcome at check-in, considering it was now after 8 pm and reception was closed, however they were still keeping an eye out for us. We had a 1st floor apartment, which was spacious with separate bedroom and living room/kitchen. However, it... more

This hotel is very easy to find, being located very close to the main station (Roma Termini) but the street is currently a construction site, noisy and very dusty all day long. At night, it's safer to walk on a parallel, main street (Via Cavour) to get back to the hotel. The room was clean, but despite the modern design... more

I stayed at this hotel for one night because of its location to the train station. First of all, it was a little hard to find because of all the construction going on outside the building. I had to go up a creepy old elevator to the 4th floor and barely found the "reception". The reception is not open 24... more

I am suprised so few rooms mentioned the noise. Our room was extremely noisy. The room was on the corner of the building with a tram line running directly outside and what seemed like the underground below. The windows don't do a great job blocking out the noise, nor do the shutters... the room even shakes at times. The furnishing... more

I was quite pleased with WRH Suites. The staff helped me with a local points of interest (restaurants, clubs). The room was comfortable and a step up from the "Standard Square Box" one so often finds. more

Stylish, clean and spacious suite with excellent facilities. Perfect for any trip to Rome, is a shame we only had a few nights there. Perfect Location for seeing all of the sights with great restaurants and bars on the doorstep. Wonderful staff and facilities, can not recommend enough. more
