Friendly, welcoming , perfect location, central to everything.A/C in room a must in 40 degrees , room small but adequate, very clean, cheap for in the center of Rome. Forget the decor you are out most of the day.......

Read carefully - toilet en suite may mean toilet across the hall. Extremely difficult to find, as others have said. Greeted us despite how late we came, midnight or so. Breakfast was prepackaged, processed snacks. Stay for the location, not the accommodation.

Stayed at this B&B for 2 nights and agree with other reviewers that you pay for what you get. We would not have found the place unless pointed out by taxi driver and at first was a little alarmed at the scaffolding and delapidated door.
