The least friendly staff I have ever encountered.Room size not for the claustrophobic.Situated not in the greatest area of Roma even if the location is central-I felt uncomfortable walking back to the hotel at night.Didnt think the rooms were cleaned every day like Im used to at other hotels in Rome. The location was close to the central train station and most bus routes. The helpfulness of the staff was unpredictable. Some were more helpful than others. The rooms were always clean, a roomy bathrrom and breakfast was quick. It is located on the fifth floor and has an elevator. Good low cost hotel. More
