We stayed here for 4 nights, rooms cleaned every morning, breakfast was nice , staff friendly and helpful. The only thing wrong with this hotel was the location, not a very nice area, and to get to the city we had to get metro, we would always get taxi back which only cost 12 euro, I would stay at this... I was prepared to be dissapointed since we were working on a budget but this hotel far exceeded our expectations. Our room was adequate in size as well as the bathroom which looked new. Our large window opened to a view of trees. There was cable tv but only bbc news to watch since we dont speak italian however. Breakfast... More

The hotel was good, nothing amazing but not bad. Staff was nice and helpful. The restaurant was good but expensive. Breakfast was provided free each morning and there was a good variety. To actually get into the center of Rome is a bit of a trek. The nearest train station is Tiburtina. When looking at a map it seemed like... More

This was our first time to Italy and in one week we saw VENICE, ROME, PISA, and a few other places. Rome was by far the hardest to get around in. We had a rental car and given that I do not like public transportation, this was the best way to get around in Rome since it is way cheaper... More

My husband is Italian and we live in the States. I've never been to Italy before and it was a very nice experience. He speak fluent Italian and I don't at all except si,no and ciao so that part was irritating a little bit to not understand but the language of friendliness and great customer service is universal! We were... More

I traveled to Rome with my two sons 13 & 15 for a vacation. From Da Vinci went upstairs and caught a train to Tibertina which is only a ten minute walk, 10 euro cab ride or a 1 euro bus (409 ) which is across the street from the station right to the hotel. At the hotel me met... More

The hotel and services were excellent. We did not speak italian but they were very accomodative. They understood us and served well. We liked the attached restaurant also. More

We booked here as a place to crash before an early train to Naples from Tiburtina. Check-in was efficient. The room was good, but nothing spectacular in terms of ambience. It was clean and well-maintained. The neighborhood is a bit lacking for nightlife and as you get closer to the train station looks a little sketchy(not dangerous but not appealing... More

Good hotel, just what you would expect from Best Western.. You will need to be fit to enjoy this location. Don't be put off by the distance from the metro station once you know your way you can get there in 10/15 minutes. Only 4 stops on the metro and you are at the Collesum. The hotel is great but... Great service, free parking and helpful staff I spent three nights here while getting new passports, I had not intended to go to Rome but one needs a passport to travel. I booked the hotel based on the reviews, parking and ease of location - I had a pleasant surprise on arrival. The room was of a good size with... More
