Don't be fooled by the pictures supplied by the hotel. This hotel is not a good pick. My husband and I stayed here on the last two nights of our 8-day vacation in Italy. We were well aquainted with small European rooms, strange bathroom layouts and hotel locations that were unappealing...but this one took the cake! The hotel is located... more

This hotel is in a very inconvient location for enjoying the sites of Rome. It is also a long hike to the metro line. My bookings were 1 day on the start and end of a trip to Italy. The initial night we arived from airport after a expensive taxi trip (Due to distance from everything) was told we were... more

Apart from an hiccup the first night when we were put in a ground floor room which was obviously fitted for disable guests with wheelchair access for the shower,We asked to move because the shower flooded the bathroom and we had to mop up everytime we used the shower..we found this hard work as abled bodied people so heaven help... more

Quiet little hotel 10 minutes from metro. Small but extremely clean rooms with a/c. Hotel offers free internet access in the lobby as well as a bar that serves drinks and snacks. The breakfast buffet provided each morning more than makes up for any shortcomings the hotel may have. Would absolutely stay here again. more

St. Paul Hotel was a decent price, however, the rooms were really small and you don't have control of your A/C unit in your room. The hotel has one main A/C unit and its the same throughout the hotel, so we weren't able to make it any cooler in our room. It was about a 10 minute walk from the... more

The hotel is great value if you are simply looking for a base to explore Rome from. Whilst it's not in the centre of Rome, it's in a quiet area and is only a 10 minute walk away from the metro & there are two bus stops close by that will take you to the Vatican (128) or the centre... more

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for a week and I would not advise anybody to stay here. We had a late flight and arrived at the hotel only to be greeted by a smiling woman who told us "I have good news and bad news", they had no room for us due to some one of the guests getting... more

Firstly, the rooms were spotless - small, yes, but I was travelling alone and just wanted somewhere comfy, clean and safe to spend my few days in Rome. It excelled in all of these and the breakfast was fresh and varied as you like. On the second night there I took an allergic reaction and was very ill all night... more

My husband booked this hotel and took me to Rome for my birthday as he knew I'd always wanted to go. The hotel is about 15 mins outside the centre of Rome, but the Metro is 5 mins walk away. Our room was small but perfectly formed, comfy bed, fully equipped bathroom and shower and very clean. We were on... more
