It may be old but all the furnishings, rooms, and amenities are very up to date. We used Request Italy to book our trip in Venice and Room and I would highly recommend their services if you have never traveled in Italy before. We were upgraded to a larger room when we arrived early from our cruise. The staff was... More

Manfredi is a beautiful small hotel in the best tourist neighborhood of Rome. The rooms are beautiful with fabric covered walls and style everywhere. However, the rooms are tiny and there is no furniture so come expecting to live out of a suitcase. Having said this, the staff is exceptional, a wonderful breakfast is included, and the neighborhood a delight. More

2 years ago, I took my family including grandkids, 5 & 7 ages, and stayed at the Manfredi. It was such a great experience that I returned in March with 3 'classmates' from the US and Japan. I was pleasantly surprised to see the same people at the front desk and in the breakfast room. This made it seem like... More

Located in the well-known Via Margutta it is almost next to the Spanish Steps and all the spots of interest. Although many similar hotels take advantage of their location and offer poor service, this one provides nice rooms and great breakfast (don't miss out the chance to try the home-made yoghurt). It is likely to be rather costly in hogh... More

This little hotel right by the Spanish Steps is truly delightful. Don't be put off by reviews that state it's hard to find. It is simply in a cobbled lane and the reception is not at street level, there is a very clear brass plaque with the hotel name. Our taxi driver knew exactly where it was. The decor is... More

Just returned from four nights at hotel Manfredi. Very close to Spanish Steps and Metro and within walking distance of many major sites. Hotel standard room was small but well decorated and comfortable. There was a really good shower room. Good breakfast with fruit, yoghurt ,cake, cheese etc. all really fresh. This is a little gem of a hotel in the loveliest area. The staff were wonderfully helpful, the breakfast really good with homemade cakes and yoghurt as well as eggs, cheese etc. Our room was on the small side but traditionally decorated and slightly flamboyant but with really good bathroom and great shower. All immaculately clean. We ate at three... More

The Manfredi has much to offer. Less than 10 minutes by taxi from Roma Termini railway station, tucked away on Via Marguta, a quiet side street with just a very short walk to the Spanish Steps and the Spagna metro station, and a comfortable walk to many of the "must see" sights including the Pantheon, Colosseum, Trevi Fountain and Piazza... I was doubtful when I arrived as the hotel is very small and doesn't have a restaurant and other amenities that I'm used to having in a luxury hotel. To my surprise, I could'nt have been happier. Beside the ideal location, the rooms are well-appointed and very clean. The staff is top notch. They make the guests feel truly welcomed.... More
