the hotel was difficult to find and our room the first night was really small. Especially the bathroom. However, after speaking with the manager, we were able to be moved to a larger room. You do have to climb stairs but that's ok because it burns off calories from all the rich food you eat on vacation.

All my cousins from U.S. during their vacation in Italy, have stayed in this hotel downtown in Rome. They were impressed by the kindness and professionalism of Bruno & staff.  They have established a friendly relationship, and have exchanged experiences each other. Although the location is downtown, this is a place where peace and quiet are a natural feature. There are... More

On the 2nd floor of a nicely renovated building. Close to Termini train station and a reasonable walking distance to many of Rome's sites. The staff was friendly and helpful and the included breakfast was more than adequate. They will gladly provide a cafe or latte any time of day. There is a small elevator and the rooms are small... Yes, the room was very small and also the shower but we didn't spend our holiday in the hotel room. It was clean, quiet and breakfast was very good (italian: fresh coffee, variety of cold small foods). Staff was very friendly and helped you anyway you wanted. Everything went really smoothly. I would visit this place again.

We stayed here for one night because it was close to the train station and we were flying into Rome and out by train the next day. The carpet was really dirty and the bedspreads had seen more than a few feet on them. Yuck. Taking a shower was a challenge because of the two-foot square shower stall, it was... More

We selected this hotel because we had stayed in their sister property (1 floor higher), the Bellesuites hotel and because it was recommended in Rick Steves books. It was extremely overpriced for what we got. It was advertised with air conditioning, but when we arrived the room was unbearably hot and stuffy and the AC did not work, and they... More

Small bathroom with large towels.Refrigerator available.Large delicious breakfast on terrace with scuptures. Located near train and bus. We enjoyed 20 minute walk to Colosseum down Via Nazionale with interesting shops along the way. What we liked best was the interaction... More

We stayed here 2 nights in August, and had a very good experience. The included breakfast was plentiful and delicious, the small staff very helpful. We had a room for a family of 5, more spacious than many American hotels we've been in lately, and nice to be accommodated in one room. The hotel was very clean, and we felt... More

I stayed in a triple room with my two teenaged children earlier this month. The staff was very nice and helpful. The front desk is staffed 24 hours, the hotel is in a safe and convenient area for sightseeing in Rome. They arranged for an early taxi when we checked out, and the wifi worked very well. The cappucino at... More

My girlfriend and I used Adler as our home base for exploring Rome for 4 days in July 2012. Our selection of Adler was based on Rick Steves' recommendation, TripAdvisor reviews, and comparisons with other Rome hotels. Two things stand out: First, the location is ideal - near the train station (Termini), a metro stop (Piazza Repubblica) and a bus... More
