Yes this hotel is in need of modernising but it is really clean and the staff are extremely friendly. The location is brilliant, a stones through from the tram and bus services. We found no problems with breakfasts running low and it is served until 10am with lots of variety of choice. Local restaurants are about a 5 minute walk.... more
Hotel is Clean but showing it's age, Be warned, you do need to go for breakfast early or as we found when we got down at 9:00 that all bread, fruit, cuttlery, plates, bowls had been eaten or used.
