This hotel is very nice. It looks nice, the rooms are comfortable, it has a seasonal pool, etc. I would consider it like a Hyatt Place, in the US. Yes it is a distance from Rome however the hotel runs a cheap shuttle bus/coach several times each day into the centre of Rome. We stayed 1 week in Rustica with children 8&10years. Hotel was easy to find. We rent a car from Ciampino. With car to location ok however not central. Rooms were standard, clean. Breakfast ok. Children didn't try the pool, in the morning it wasn't warm enough and days we were away - swimming in the sea.... We recommend Rustica warmly!...

We rang the hotel from the railway station to find out how to get there. The information given was excellent - friendly and accurate. But the hotel is still a significant distance from the station, making it less than ideal for those using public transport and the signage is not good.

Had a terrible stay in this hotel! Except for Fabio, the reception staff and manager were very unaccommodating and arrogant (especially Angelica). The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere.
