Convenient location just up the road from the metro. Very tight entrance and no laundry facilities. Very basic breakfast without frills. If you need to park a car, speak to them first. We used street parking but needed to drive around the block a couple of times first.

This hotel is in a great location, we walked with our small luggage from Termini station, but you could also take the metro. Via Veneto is a block away, as well as the Barberini metro stop, which makes the hotel very easy to get back to at the end of a long day of walking. The Capuchin crypt is right... More

Hotel Cinquantatre is a wonderful little hotel. It is in a great location on the quiet Via San Basilio one block from the Barberini metro station, a 5-minute walk to the American Embassy, and less than a 10 minute walk to both the Trevi Fountain and the Villa Borghese. There is a coffee shop next door and many restaurants and... More

I just returned from my trip to Rome where I stayed at this hotel for 7 nights. The room was plenty big enough for 2 people and the bathroom was a nice size. The only thing I found odd was that the toilet was on one side of the room and the sink and shower on the other, but both... More

Nice and friendly people at the desk, room with terrace, mini bar and locker. Big room with bath and shower, nice and clean. Little minus,we were next to elevator and right under the room for breakfast, so a bit noisy in the morning... Breakfast was okay, especially the cappuccino! We will go back for its ideal location!

We recently stayed for 3 nights at this hotel. Although the hotel itself not that impressive. Imagine a hotel older than our granma's greatgrandma. Hehe. If you get what i mean. But for us to be happy, a clean room with a matching clean attached bathroom was more than enough. And that was what this hotel offer. The toilet was... More

Stayed here October 2011, whilst rooms were on the small side and a little dated I think we got fantastic value for such a brilliant location-within reasonable walking distance (45mins max) from anything you would want to do in Rome! We had a magical time in Rome and would love to visit again-we would definatetly re-visit this hotel!! Laura and... More

This Hotel is in the best location for exploring many of the sites of Rome. We were able to walk to most of the places we wanted to visit. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the breakfasts very good. The air conditioning wasn't working, but as it was autumn it didn't matter. The room was a good size... More

This small hotel is very pleasant and perfect for a short trip. We had a triple room (we styaed 3 nights) and fit with no problems. The bathroom was newly renovated. The furniture is slightly dated but when looking for a hotel I saw that's the case with many of the hotels if you want to have a room at... More
