We stayed in this hotel for a few days in September 2011, after a two-week tour in Tuscany. It was by far the worst hotel we stayed in during this trip, although not the least expensive. Pros: It has a central location, on a relatively quiet street. Cons: The building is undergoing some renovations, with all the corresponding inconveniences for... More

As an international travel agent in Australia and having traveled thoroughly throughout the world this hotel is defintly what they rate themselves at as a 4 star I would say more a 3 star seems more appropriate. We arrived to the hotel where we told to walk down an ally way to get to it from the main street then... More

Just two words about this hotel... First, it was renstructured a few wekks before our arrival, and the new strutcure it's very good. Location is just two steps to Via Veneto, and it's easy to reach Piazza di Spagna and Fontana di Trevi by steps without taking bus or other. At 1 km from hotel there is the metro station... More

As I understood, the new name of the hotel is Principessa Isabella. We arrived there on the 11th of August. The hotel private car met us at the airport. We were four people and paid 50 Euros for the service. Actually taxi is 40 Euros but it is a good service. The hotel was prettier than we thought. It is... More

We were greeted by an english speaking receptionist who was lovely. Our room was a good size, very very clean and new. Double king size memory foam bed. Chandelier!!! Breakfast was small and the same each day but that was no bad thing. Juice, pastries, egg and ham, selection of cheese and meat, yoghurts, breads. The hotel is easily within... More

We loved staying at this hotel - when we arrived the renovations were going on but the staff were so apologetic and friendly. By the time we came back to Rome a few weeks later the renovations were doen and the hotel looked exquisite. The staff were all so proud of their 'new' facilities too. Breakfast was nice too. Bear... Situated off the beaten path, the hotel is not impressive, even though they are renovating the guest rooms. The stairs leading to the lobby are covered in blue ripped carpeting and the lobby needs a lot of work. The same can be said for the breakfast room. Breakfast was just OK. The rooms are extremely small with extremely uncomfortable beds... More

We booked and prepaid months in advance and wish we had been told that the hotel was under reconstruction. With no elevator i was very limited in getting in and out each day due to a busted up ankle a while back. Being on an upper floor made going out and coming back at the end of the day quite... More
