Stayed at Valentini last year and got the immediate feeling that it was quite seedy. A young guy came to meet us in the elevator. He was ok, but not very custumer friendly. This B&B is like a big apartment block, there is no reception & there was a guy waiting for us as the front entrance when we got there.
