The room was small but clean. The bed was comfortable. Taking into account that we were only at the only to sleep, wash and have breakfast, the hotel completely fulfilled our needs. Great location with different busses stopping at the door. I would recommend this hotel to people planning to visit Roma from 9:00 till 22:00 each day. More

My friend and I stayed in this hotel in August 2006, the location was great, we knew about the extra charge for the air con, but nothing prepared us for the nastiest most aggressive hotel manager you could imagine. At one point he raised his hand to hit my friend, but stopped himself. He was so angry at her for... More

My wife and I booked this hotel as part of a package that our travel agent put together for us. The hotel is a disgrace, I would not allow my dog to stay there. The management is rude and unhelpful. When we questioned them about the amenities advertised as compared to those actually provided, we were told that these were... More

We had 4 nights here. Beds were comfortable and location was great. Great restaurants just around the corner, bus stop at the door and walking distance to Trevi. Owner/Manager not very friendly or helpful but this didn't spoil our stay. Breakfast simple but good, in nice room. Would recommend for the budget traveller. Good value for the location. More

My son and I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. While the room and bathroom were quite small, it was very clean. The location of the hotel was excellent: just a short (downhill) walk to Trevi, Pantheon, Spanish Steps and cheap eateries. The bus stop for Termini is just outside the front door. It is on a noisy street,... More

Our stay was booked as a surprise gift by our son: he chose this hotel due to its central location as I am unable to walk very far for medical reasons. On arrival we were informed that our room was unavailable "due to illness of female occupant". Yeah right. I told the guys on reception that I was a doctor... More

I must agree with the previous reviewer. This is the worst hotel I have ever had the misfortune of staying at. The manager, who is also the owner, is one of the vilest people I have ever met. Our visit to Rome was completely ruined by the stay at this hotel. If you are a seasoned traveller and have experienced... More

When my wife and I arrived, the en-suite room we had booked was not available. We were put into a tiny room without a bathroom but with a shower and sink inside the room. As we arrived at 11pm, there was not much we could do about it. We were moved to an acceptable room for the 2nd and 3rd... More

where to begin........ this has to possibly be the most unprofessional, rudest, most vile hotel that i have ever stayed in. having been to rome before the hospitality is always second to none, so to my surprise (at what turned out to be the manager of the hotel) was the most unpleasant italian that we could hope to meet. he...
