We were a group of 10 people, renting 4 rooms. The service is good, they let us borrow their hair drier and other stuff. The double room is quite small but the decoration is nice. Overall, this hotel's location is super convenience because it is very close to the center station. However, if someone talked loudly or did something make... More

My family and I stayed at hotel Indipendenza for one night at the end of April. The location is perfect, near Termini station.Claudio, the manager, and the rest staff was very helpful. They answered to my emails eagerly and quickly and I have also to confess that Claudio tolerated my poor Italian! The breakfast was in a cafe near hotel.Very good value... More

Really loved staying here. Rooms cleaned daily and was very well kept. The staff are amazing and super helpful. You will be treated with respect and kindness. Definitely worth staying in! Also I felt quite safe staying in this location as well. Super close to the train station :)

This hotel has some bad reviews above. I can confirm that those people are WRONG! This is a lovely hotel, just what you need (just what we needed for a rugby tour also!). It was clean, they changed the sheets everyday. I have stayed in far, far worse places. The lift is old but works fine - I rather liked... More

THANKS, THANKS, for your testimony. Despite our consistently competitive prices, all rooms have private bathroom, we have the daily cleaning, wi-fi grautito 24h, the desk 24h, free luggage storage, fully renovated all the rooms, recently, EVEN WE ARE ABLE TO UNDERSTAND WHY NOT ALWAYS THE EXPECTATIONS OF OUR CUSTOMERS ARE SATISFIED. You understant our conception hotel, THANKS REALLY. Sincerely. More

My family and I stayed at Hotel Indipendenza a couple of weeks ago and were very happy with our experience. Claudio, the manager, was incredibly helpful and kind and really goes out of his way to help you. The room was spotless and the location extremely convenient. It is very basic in terms of its amenities, but is great value... More

I recently stayed here with my family and it's perfect if you're not fussy. It was tidy and clean, and perfect for somewhere to sleep and to get ready. It's not too glamorous but they make up for it by being so helpful and friendly. The service was really good, and everyone I saw at the desk that worked there... More

Be aware is not a real hotel, once you get there, the area is gloomy and seems dangerous, then the elevator is 100 years old, quite dangerous and scary, the reception is a joke, not english speaking staff, them the rooms are a joke, thin walls so you could talk to the people next to yours, the bathroom was small... Lot of 'noise' at night you do not want to come here with children, not even by yourself! Bathroom and bed full of women hair, lots of cleaning to be done. Did not find any positive aspect, terrible, they say central location i say dark and dangerous area! Go and find other place!

- It was ok as it was only a weekend trip. Small, cozy rooms, views to the inner patio but sunny as it is a big open building. - Breakfast down the street in a cafeteria. 1 sweet, 1 coffee. Nothing special, and sometimes crowded. - Receptionists were really friendly, one of them spoke spanish too. - The shower didn't... More
