This place helped make our stay in Roma such a joy. Staff were wonderful, location was great, breakfasts were excellent. Would definitely go there again when in Rome. More

I was booked into the same owner's Hotel Navona but when I arrived I was told that they had moved me to this accommodation near the other end of the Piazza Navona (Hotel Navona seemed to be occupied by a large group of late teenage girls and I think they basically took pity on me). The Residenza is very small... More

Excellent location, safe and quiet but within easy walking distance to all the sights (Pantheon only 5 minutes walk away at the most). Exceptionally clean establishment. Bathroom small but perfectly adequate and again very clean. Air conditioning worked well and very useful in August! Rooms looked recently decorated, bed comfortable. Mini bar/fridge very useful and reasonable charged. Did not have... More

This hotel was elegantly furnished and comfortable. The breakfast was nutritous with fine orange juice. The location was superior--close to the Panthenon and not far from San Pietro. The management was helpful and friendly. More

Good location but extremely difficult to find. Staff are unwelcoming and unhelpful ie can't even recommend somewhere to eat!!. Breakfast is poor, rooms are ok in size and are clean. More

Hi, It's just an old apartment transformed in a guest house! It does not have any other services other then the room and breakfast. The rooms are old, but OK (just OK). It is very well located (in the heart of rome), about 10-15 min walk to the Vatican city, Forum and other major attractions. The breakfast is very poor... More

The house staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very small and need MAJOR cleaning and updating. The linens were very clean and fresh. The location is great. I would not recommend it unless you really don't care about your room. It is old hotel style and smell for sure. More

This was a perfect place to spend our first few nights in Rome. Comfortable bed, clean and nice room. With window closed it was quiet at night. Very close to Piazza Navona and it's many restaurants. We walked to Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, and many other sights. We'd definitely stay her again. Breakfast was good. Cereal, coffee, baked goods, yogurt. It's... More
