“Very clean, great location & friendly staff”

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at Urben Suites. We stayed in Room 5N (it had it's own small terrace overlooking the courtyard). The location of Urben Suites was great. It as a quick walk to the Repubblica Metro stop and less than a 10 minute walk to Stazione Termini Roma. The room was spacious, very clean and highly contemporary.... More

We were very dissapointed by the hotel and it's staff. The bed was small and mattress was really bad, so we almost didn't sleep during the night. Furthermore the staff doesn't speak english and is not friendly. More

Customer asked for a new mattress to the maid (who finally has a poor english) without asking for help to the receptionist who speaks fluent english. We opened our business 7 months ago and we have new orthopedic mattresses suitable for 99% of customers. This hotel is in a great location and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and modern. We also got a wonderful deal because we stayed in the off-season. We will definitely stay here again if we come back! More

very clean and central hotel, nice and helpful staff. I will definitely stay again in Urben if i go again to Rome. The breakfast place is small but you socialize quickly with other guests as a result :) More

The reception is active 10 hours per day 7 days a week from 8 AM to 6 PM. Everything in Urben is studied to give automatic services from access of the building to communication with management. The reception is active during daytime to give you the warm welcome and helpful services. More

The property is locataed in the historic center of Rome,near Termini station and the Roman Forum . The room was clean and nice friendly staff. Only bad thing breakfast is not served. More
