Very polite staff, clean rooms although small-ish. Good breakfast. Couple of major downsides were that rooms near lift were incredibly noisy and we had to ask that they tried to deter people from using it during the night. The Hotel Kent is small but clean. The employees of the hotel were courteous and kind. The rooms are cleaned daily and fresh sheets and towels are provided daily. It is located near transportation and there are some very nice restaurants in the area. The only complaint I have is the rooms are a bit small but liveable. More
