We were looking for a simple clean place close to the Termini station and not far from tourist attractions. The hotel is 10-15 min walk from the metro station & about 10 min drive from the Termini (Euro 5-6). The staff members were welcoming & friendly. The room - ah... oh. Clean. WC too noisy (ventilation) + we had problems... more

First let me start by saying we stayed 2 nights in Florence for only E70,00 night. I booked on line, from reviews like this. The hotel is in a great location, and, as promised is very close to the Duomo. The rooftop balcony is amazing. You really can reach out and almost touch it. We were on the 4th floor,... more

Beautifully renovated, Old lift with grill closing. Not a large room, but cozy. Large bathroom with shower and bidet. Pleasing enclosed patio. Included a excellent full, self-serve, breakfast (all you can eat). more

Stayed here for one night in September before meeting some friends who were arriving the following day. It was about a 10 minute walk from Termini down a quiet street, Via Flavia. No problems - room was clean, basic (as are 90% of hotel rooms in Rome). Breakfast was good too and the lobby area is very comfortable with several... more

A truly 3 star property, but clean, good breakfast and nice staff. Very quiet side street. If you like to be close to the action, it is not the place for you. If you don't mind cabbing it, you will be fine. I can't say that I didn't enjoy my saty, but I can say I probably wouldn't go back. more

In the eternal city where traffic is crazy most of the day, it is nice to come back to your hotel and have a good night's sleep, thanks to the hotel location tucked in a little side street. A 8 min walk to termini station, 5minute to beautiful Piazza della Republica where you have the subway stop. We had a... more

The room was very nice, clean and very quiet one needless to say how important it is after a long day in the city. We got double bed room unfortunately to discover that it's two beds which were... more

Just returned from a 5 nights stay in this nice and quite hotel in Via Flavia Roma near the Termini station but adequately far. Reception staff very good, polite and know English quite well. Clean with a daily change of towels and toiletries . Double room which we were allotted was rather small but had all amenities including A/C, phone,... more

My husband and I went to Rome for the 6 Nations rugby match Wales v Italy, this hotel is not as central as I had thought, although it is in a very nice area, Via Flavia. There are lots of restaurants and a good deli nearby. The hotel staff are warm and friendly, the only thing I would say, they... more
