everything was good and nice except the heating system failed and it was february so still a bit chill. personel were very careful and nice, and the location is superb. will go back there next time we're in Roma

Hotel Des Artistes was great value for four nights in low season. Its close to the metro and termini, in a safe, quiet area. The staff were helpful and breakfast was very good, especially compared to hotels in a similar price range. Reception is on the fifth floor, but there is a lift.
