Great location. Huge and really comfortable bed, but in a room so small that there was no space to put our suitcases. Beautiful bathroom but the fancy shower was so strong that it blew the shower door open and flooded the place (which on examination of the state of the decoration at floor level had clearly happened many times before).... Look, this place is not 5 star but it is not terrible either. Everything is just a little bit odd. We arrived at 5:30am after an international flight and were told we could check in after breakfast. Not so much - our room was ready after 2pm but we were offered a glass of wine! The shower leaked and flooded... More

I stayed for four nights for business and seemed to be the only business person. Mostly older couples on package tours? There is definitely nothing luxury about this place. In particular the mechanicals throughout the hotel are terrible. The elevator malfunctioned, the keys never work, the AC only works when you are in the room so the room gets really... More

Location was good-near tourist attractions, shops, restaurants & public transport. Appearance and cleanliness of hotel was good. Our room was a junior suite-it was on 2 levels with sitting room/bathroom on lower level and bedroom-ensuite on upper mezanine level linked by private elevator. However, private elevator was out of commision with large jagged tear in wall of elevator shaft.Stairs were steep,spiral-not suitable for... More

Pros: - Location (it's situated on Via Nazionale which is pretty close to the Termini train station, within walking distance to some attractions and many buses stop along the street) That said, there're plenty of cheaper and nicer hotels along the same street! Cons: - Some of the reception staff were very rude and arrogant. One male staff in particular... More

This was one of the few hotels available to us for a last minute trip to Rome so we chose 5 star as a safe bet. By five star standards this hotel is poor - tiny rooms, strange decor and average service. By 3 star standards it's fine - good location close to sites, nice roof top terrace and cheap... More

I stayed here with my mother on a short break to Rome. The location is great, close to the metro and bus routes, and within (15 minute) walking distance of the Spanish Steps. It bills itself as a five-star, but I don't think the service or rooms really deserve this. It has a strange black and red colour scheme everywhere... More

The hotel was nice, except my room had no window. What I-thought was a window was actually the stairwell. The maids storage closet was on the other side and they start early in the morning making noise! Ask to move but they said no since I was a single even though I was with a group. Restaurant on the roof was... More

Clean, nice location, near central train station. That's about all the positive comments I have to write! Employees that can hardly speak english, small rooms, smell from the drainage in the bathroom... And on top of that we get a room with two beds instead of a room with a large bed, not so nice for a couple celebrating wedding... More

I was going to write an impassioned review, but then I decided to just stick to the facts, which are as follows: 1) When I accidentally booked the wrong 3 days at the hotel and arrived a week early, they would not refund my money (that was already charged to my credit card), nor would they give me a credit...
