Friendly, helpful English speaking staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was terrific and really gets your day started right. The room was ok size wise, very clean and comfortable. And the location was awesome - walking distance to everything. I would definitely stay here next visit to Rome and would recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.

Hotel's location is great - minutes from Termini and Repubblica... and the service is adequate. The room was neat and clean, but the refrigerator did not work at all and the A/C was sketchy. It was fair, but not somewhere we'd necesarily stay again.
