We booked this hotel on the internet and it was a great choice. It is very handy to the railway station and the main bus departures. When chosing this hotel a good price and location near Termini station were big factors. The hotel suceeded with both of these factors but failed in most other departments! Do not even think about this one. The staff was annoyed as we walked in the hotel. Heaven help you if you needed assistance. My room on the 6th floor had an odor of a cesspool coming from the drains on the floor and shower. @ of our large group had a luggage piece stolen from their lobby as well.... More

We were here with a group on October 9 . When a backpack was stolen from the lobby the desk staff never helped us. They were very rude and did not care. This was their everyday attitude. There is no security cameras there. More
