How can they get 4 stars ? The staff are helpfull indeed, breakfast is ok, coffee bad for Italy... Location is GREAT and they have a lovely terras on the roof with amazing sightseeing over Rome, you can plan your trip from the roof. Great location (in the historical center of Rome). Very small rooms, a little old smell, old furniture, good breakfast. A very unpleasant experience : while getting our breakfast, a cockroach was climbing on the wall in the restaurant. Staff very helpfull. More
