It's a functional hotel so no fancy stuff. Room is at a good size. Huge balcony which we love. Overlooking Italian residential blocks which feels good - blending in to the Italian style. Reception speaks good English. Can walk to metro. It's in a residential area, at good rate.

We were a group of 2kid ( 10/12y/o) and 4 adults. Booked 2 "family rooms with 2 king beds". Called 2 days ahead to notify them that we arriving late at 11pm. Great Hotel. In the university area which has it's good points, ie hardly any beggars or thieves hanging about like the rest of the city, well we did have one homeless dude sleeping in the street every night.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Free breakfast was amazing. Rosella, Andrea and the rest of the front desk staff were so helpful and gave us everything that we asked for.
