We stayed in Rome for 2 days at Princess hotel and it was uncomfortable. The reception was unapologetic about the fact that the WIFI or none of the computers didnt work. This hotel is a bit far from Rome and there's nothing to do around. The bedroom was so awful that we could hear what the people on the next bedroom were talking about. The breakfast is quite poor as well and the staff could care less, specially with you're part of a Cosmos tour. More
