The hotel presents well from the street, main foyer and bar area, however, the corridors and rooms are very 'tired'. The staff are generally friendly .... providing you do not ask questions. One concierge member became quite rude because I could not understand what they were saying. This could become a great hotel again if it had a major renovation. more
