Stayed here in 2006 on my first trip to Rome. The hotel was just coming back after a big downturn in business due to economic and social concerns at the time. I loved it. The inside entrance was grand and met every expectation of a romance novel entrance. The staff spoke English well (they primarily catered to English speaking tourists)... More

lovely hotel and really great staff that were always there to help and spoke perfect english! fabulous breakfast with loads of choice between hot and cold food. Really good location, nice walk to Vatican although its not a very quick one, took about 15 minutes to get to the vatican walls. Not too far down the road from the Vatican... More

This is an Old World type hotel. Located in a residential area. Walking distance to downtown shopping. Very close to Vatican. Our room had a huge updated bathroom. Probably the most charming was a patio in the rear of the hotel. Plenty of tables, chairs and plants. Very good free breakfast. More

beautiful hotel, the friendliness, cleanliness, price is not expensive, large rooms make this hotel one of the best where we've been up to now, the area is in central london, excellent breakfast and room service, also good was the advice we have received to try the restaurant Porto di Ripetta More

This was the first stop on our 3 week honeymoon and we were very impressed with the hotel during our 4 night stay. Friendly staff who spoke excellent English, well appointed beautiful rooms that were beautifully decorated and super clean with plenty of room (we had a 'Superior' Room). The breakfast in the morning was *amazing* and the best by... More

It is a small hotel, it feels like entering an old italian villa, lovely decoration, but rather too much (carpets everywhere and heavy curtains). The rooms are quite dark, and we didn't have a balkony (I am not sure if any balkonies are available in the hotel rooms). It was ok because we stayed in December, but I don't think... More

The hotel was beautifully decorated with a great hidden patio for relaxing after the day. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The location was perfect for us, not right in town so you could get out of the crowds when you wanted but it had a Metro station 2 blocks away, The Vatican about a 15 minute walk in... More

Hotel is in good location and it's easy to find. We had a room with a lovely private terrace, which was about the same size as our room. The room wasn't really big, but there was enough room to move around. Bathroom had some minor problems, paint was coming off at some points, but it was clean and stylish anyways.... More

The hotel has a prime location, less than 10 minutes away from the Lepanto metro station and just a 15 minute walk to Piazza del Poppolo. It's in a beautiful, leafy neighborhood. our room was very tastefully furnished and a great place to come home to after a full days sightseeing. The breakfast buffet had a delicious selection of fresh... More
