The staff at this hotel were not very helpful. We had two rooms and one of them had a terrible smell the entire visit. However, the breakfast was very good. Good location, but there are many hotels on this street. More

Basically a standard 3 star hotel - no-where near 4 star at all. Beware they charge for the use of the sauna! Also beware the superior/delux rooms dont have a hot tub jacuzzi, its a multijet shower "jacuzzi".!! lol. And they dont work very well. Dont pay extra for superior room, just get a standard double. Breakfast is basic but... More

Recomend this Hotel as a tourist. Walkable distace from city center and Termini station ( Main railay station in Rome ). Hence it will be very convenient for sightseeing and enjoying "The Rome Visit". I booked this hotel on the spot hence I endup paying more money ( 175 Euros for 3 bed room). Complimentory breakfast was also good and... More

This is a wonderful and delightful hotel, 5 star in every way. The rooms by European standards are good size, the only thing is that in the USA rooms are normally quite large even singles. The staff are some of the most wonderful, helpful and nicest that I met in Italy. The breakfast spread was incredible, many types of meats... More

Perfect location– 5 mins walking from Termini Station and close to lot of eating and shopping places. Close to tour operators conducting city tours. Average Cold Breakfast However a major disappointment for a supposedly 4 star- noisy street, conjusted rooms. Definitely wont recommend to anyone More

Positives - The location of this hotel is just perfect – 5 mins walking from Termini Station and close to lot of eating and shopping places. Close to tour operators conducting city tours. Not too far from Coliseum if u don’t sweat over a 30 min walk. Breakfast – nothing to rave about but not bad either – for vegetarians... More

We have read many other reviews about the Palladium Palace, and I can only say that, for the price, those who were negative have not seen the other hotels in Rome. The location is very convenient. We walked everywhere except to the Vatican. Generally speaking, the hotel staff were polite and competent. Not all were as friendly as others, but... More

I stayed 2 nights last week (10 and 11 september 2010). It is a great location close to Termini station. There are nice restaurants next to the hotel. I enjoyed walking all the way down via Nationale to Trevi Fountain. The manager Gian Carlo is very classy and very helpful. I recommend this hotel. More

Their wireless is NOT free! My reservation indicates that the room includes internet access, and I've called Expedia to verify it is indeed free --- this is the main point for me to choose this hotel, given that it is more expensive than other options I had. However, I was told by them that this is not the case and... More

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights.Having had good stays in Milan and Florence and an excellent stay in Venice we had hoped the same here but were sorely dissappointed. The only thing good about this hotel is its location a 5 minute walk from Roma Termini station. There's nothing 4-star about it.Our tiny quadraple room and bath were neat, the...
