I can highly recommend this B&B in Rome. You can easily get to main sites of the city (close to Vatican museums, 5-10 minutes walk from underground station and bus stops).
It is also near the bus stop where you can catch a fast bus going directly to the Fiumicino Airport.

The B&B RR is located in the center of Rome. The Vatican can be got on foot during 10 minutes at all. The breacfast is very tasty. Shopping districts of Rome are nearby. Rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. Hotel staff is very kind and friendly!
