Nice and simple B&B in a perfect location away from crowds but close enough to get to the Quirinale and Piazza di Spagna in 15 minutes walk.
The real highlight is Fabio's hospitality and kindness, which are really unique. The place is clean and tidy and even if the rooms are completely IKEA-style, they don't lack personality.

We had a great weekend in Rome at this little B&B. It is located very close to all attractions and near good restaurants and even a corner shop. The host was very helpful and full of great advice. We can highly recommend this B&B for a practical, sparkly clean, friendly and central place to stay in Rome. Thanks! M&M

We also took the bus from a very nearby bus stop to the train station and Colosseum. Coming back from our night stroll near the Pantheon, we took a cab but it was not expensive. Nice residential...

Unfortunatelly my wife and I stayed here only for a single night, but it was enough to realise how suitable for a citybreak this B&B is. Located on the 5th floor of an old block, you'll find out that Mario has done a great job here . Brand new rooms, clean and comfortable . The location was great ... very...
