Location is great-5 minutes to Spanish Steps and 10 minutes to Trevi Fountain. We had 3 rooms on 2nd floor. Noise from street is bad. Bathroom had black mold growing between tiles, water did not drain well from tub. Sheets were clean and beds were comfortable. Desk personnel were very unfriendly.
