Great location in Rome, close to everything and great bars and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel staff were exceptional. When we arrived, we had a problem with our room and within 15 minutes, they had resolved the problem and changed our room for us. Great service! Breakfast was delicious, good variety and the bar service was excellent - we... More

Great hotel near the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. Also, just down the street from a Metro stop which is very nice. We stayed in the annex part of the building and our room was fairly large and had a very nice bathroom. The front desk was very helpful recommending places to have dinner. A very nice breakfast is included. More

I had read over and over the Italian room hotels were tiny, my room was HUGE along with the bathroom. King size, soft, comfortable bed, bathtub with changing colorful lights, tv with satellite, and the best part was the breakfast. Countless options of breads, cheese, fruits, made to order omelettes and the best cappuccino I have ever had! Within minutes... More

We were on a short trip to Rome, and the Hotel Barocco was perfectly situated for our whirlwind daytime sightseeing and our relaxed evening dining and people watching. A short walk to the Trevi Fountain, and the top of the Spanish Steps as well as many other of the tourist attractions. The room was well appointed and everything you could... More

Overall this hotel was excellent. Stayed oct 2010 for a long weekend. Was pleasantly surprised at how ornate and unique the room was, bathroom with a double walk in shower, lights in bathroom to suit your mood. Maids turn down your beds. Very warm and welcoming. More

You look for cleanliness, great staff, and handy location. Barocco also has a superb breakfast. We stayed in a family suite. A bit small but very very good. Thoroughly recommended. Staff attitude excellent. More

When in Rome....head to Piazza Barberini! Staying at Hotel Barocco is like stepping into another world, not just in ambiance and character, but also in the exemplary service of the staff and management. Our room was a Junior Suite with a King Size bed and a pull-out sofa bed in a separate room. There were 1 1/2 baths which was... More

hotel is well located near the Barberini Metro- 2 stops away from Termini station when you take the train in from Fuimicino airport. Breakfast is lovely and the staff are brilliant - friendly, helpful and warm. I would highly recommend this hotel. More

I stayed at Hotel Barocco last October and just fell in love with this charming hotel. It is tucked away on a narrow side street but just a stones throw from the sites one goes to Rome to see. Its very Italian elegance is so pleasing, and its coziness is so comfortable. I have the fondest of memories of my... More

The cost performance of the hotel is great. In our case it included a nice breakfast, wireless, shower/bath, a clean bedroom, and a separate sofa/desk area. The service during breakfast was very good, the bellman (from the Philippines) was very helpful, and the clerks at the front desk offered good suggestions for restaurants, shopping, and places to visit. The hotel... More
