We were underwhelmed by this property. The reservation site mentioned English speaking staff and we found that they spoke very broken English. The room was clean but the shower didn't work well and sprayed and flooded the entire bathroom every time it was used and that was just how it worked. The towel warmer only worked for a few hours... Everyone from the front desk to the cleaning/maintenance guy were helpful and cheerful.
