The Hotel Regno is very well situated, very close to the Trevi Fountain and Temple Adriano, the Pantheon is about a 10 minute walk and the Vatican City takes about 40 minutes. All the streets are cobbled so wear sensible shoes. I was a bit disappointed with the Hotel facilities, no tea or coffee in bedroom, or snack bar/restaurant and... More

We visited Hotel Regno in 2010 for our 25th Anniversary, had a wonderful experience. We returned again in February 2012, and we were treated like old friends returning for another visit. Everyone was so friendly, and helpful. The Hotel is also located in walking distance to most of the major sites. A large selection of restaurants to choose from, within... More

We booked this hotel as a package through BA ( flights and hotel) and were not disappointed. Perfect location, walked to most of the sights or took the bus. Hotel staff very helpful and friendly. The room was lovely and clean and a reasonable size however.... it was at the front of the hotel, the room was hot hot hot... More

This hotel is situated close to so many historic sites, shops, restaurants which made it so easy to walk wherever we needed to go. The breakfast was very good and kept us going until lunchtime. Followed a recommendation on Tripadvisor and booked airport transfers through the hotel. More

Recently went to Rome and stopped at this hotel after reading the reviews on Trip Advisor, wasn't disappointed at all. When we arrived the room wasn't quite ready so they gave us a free drink of coffee. When we were shown our room we were lucky enough to have a separate sitting room with a telly, plus 2 balcony's, small... More

Great little hotel. Not overly fancy. Small ( short) bed and tiny LCD but hey you don't go to Rome to sleep and watch tv. Great breakfast each morning . Located about half way between Trevi fountain and pantheon. Only slight negative was that hotel is about 2 km from station, but bus stops right outside. Like many places in... More

I stayed here on a business trip and found the hotel and location excellent. The price was reasonable for the location and the room was very clean and had everything I needed. The only (small) negative was that the breakfast wasn't amazing, it was ok but the bread was quite hard and when I ordered a cup of tea on... More

Lots of people have mentioned the hotel and the great location. It's perfect as it's close to all the major sights. It's about a 10 min walk from the nearest metro, which is by the Spanish steps. The room we were allocated was at the front of the hotel, with a joint balcony. It would be to noisy to have... More

The rooms in February were rather cold, the AC was difficult to configure (the porter tried to show us how but clearly didn't know himself) and the fan was quite noisy. The rooms/ bathrooms could do with some deep-cleaning or even refurbishing. Breakfast served in a small section on the 1st floor offers mostly miniature chocolate muffins, some yogurt, nice... More
