The very first thing I expect from an hotel is to be quiet so that I can sleep.. And my room was all but quiet. First, you can hear what is going on in the corridor: the door of the room is not sound proof. Second, the sliding window frames are in aluminium as usually installed back in the 70's.... More

This hotel is a basic Holiday Inn. It is out of the city on the other side of the airport but they have very cheap shuttle in and out of the city. This allows you to hire a car and get around because they also have parking onsite. Brilliant family hotel with the garden and pool area as the kids... More

Stayed here before and after cruise. The room was spacious, but lacked coffee/hot water maker in the room. The rooms are not air conditioned and you need to open the window in order to get cool air. The way to book is through Holiday Inn direct because their prices beat Expedia/Travelocity and you can get the Breakfast included. The breakfast... More

Stayed here as other Holiday Inns (which are nearer) to Rome Centre didnt have any spare family rooms. This is a typeical business hotel, nothing special. Forget the shuttle it only runs to town 5-6 times a day. The same goes of the airport shuttle. The good news is that there is a train station at the back of the... More

I stayed here in June 2010, I did not have a car and the hotel claimed that it had shuttle service near tourist attractions and that it was near a train station. Easy transportation was the primary reason to stay there. I was a bit disappointed because they dont have a shuttle schedule printed on their website, once you get... More

I had a good deal in terms of rates and that suits me fine. I was using it as a hub between Naples & Florence. I agree that the front desk has issues recognizing elite members from priority club ( I am Platinum Member). Very poorly informed about the PC membership. Have you expectation set right and you should be... More

Defintitely not a good choice if you wanted to stay here for several days as the commute in and out to Rome/Vatican City is quite a long drive. We were on a package tour through Italy and were assigned to stay here during our 2 day visit to Rome. The Customer Service/Front Desk staff are not the most helpful and... More

Our family stayed at the Holiday Inn for one night after a cruise and before an extended road trip. This hotel is on the outskirts of Rome but near the airport. We had planned to go into the city and because there were 5 of us, we would have needed 2 cabs so we opted for the less expensive shuttle.... More

Last day of vacation. Chose this hotel because when we emailed them they told us they had free shuttle to airport. At check in they told me there was no early shuttle and they charge to take you to the airport. Had to take a cab. 53 euros!!!! for a 10 minute trip. Dinner was 35 euros each for the... More
