The hotel has some good and bad qualities. Location is fine, service friendly, breakfast was decent (maybe because I stayed away from the greenish-looking curdled eggs. Cappuccino & latte macchiatto with croissants was truly great though). Our room was quiet despite the groups of youths who were checked in at the same time. Can really not complain of any noise.... I traveled alone for business and I needed internet connection for my job. I choosed this hotel because on the web site there was a mention about internet connection included in room's facilities! IT'S NOT TRUE! You have to pay minimum 6 € per day! When I complained to the Director with a letter, he ignored my complain. Anyway, the... More

The Hotel needs some general update and it is not linked directy with the rest of the city (best way is by bus, but the train is 50 meters away) because of limited scheduls, and frequency. Breakfast is shared with the Ritz of Rome (with the same 4*) and marks many points (a 5 stars breakfast; The staff is friendly... More

Our room was quite large for European standards, AC available but not needed at this date in Rome. One of the large windows could be opened and blinds, drapes could be adjusted. Lots of room for storing and hanging clothes and a good sized desk/dresser with a tiny fridge. The walls of our room were covered with padded fabric –... More

I am completely unsure how this hotel got its 4 stars, and am thinking they have just been stuck on. Students from Spanish schools running around the corridors drinking and shouting, completely unpleasant and rude. The rooms need a huge amount of work done to them. The restaurant staff are unfriendly and surly and at breakfast pop music is played.... More

Stayed here for two nights, was booked by our tour group. A few general things about European hotels I've learned on my travels: - all tend to be small - don't pull the cord in the shower, it supposedly signals an alarm to the front desk for help - walls are thin - I still don't know how to use... I stayed on my own for 2 nights. My room was big and the bathroom more than adequate and a big plus was that it had airconditioning. The staff were very helpful and spoke very good english. The breakfasts were ample The location is good, but not the best. It is 1 stop on the overland from Flaminio tube station.... More

Classic Italian Job here. Rooms are old and in dire need of refurbishment, but that won't stop you paying over the top for it. Mattrases were so worn that you actually slept in a little concave dip in the middle of them. Shower curtain mung of dampness and was covered in fungus at the bottom. Small fridge was at room... Terrible. They have absolutely no shame to display 4 stars at what obviously is a 1 star establishment. The staff are rude, the beds are old, the carpets are moldy and the walls could use a new coat of paint. Plus the air-conditioning was not working. When we called up to complain they brush us off by saying it takes... More

If you stay expecting a 2 star dive then you won't be dissapointed. I stayed two nights with my family for the Champions League final because it was pretty much the last hotel in Rome. It has reasonable transport connections being close to the train to Flamini and the bus to Termini is just a few hundred metres away. The... More
