We arrived Roma in January. The hotel location is great. Only 10 minutes to walk to Vatican museum. The hallway of the hotel was definitely a 4 star one, but the room was not. We stayed in a triple bed room, there was dirty towel. and the pillow were dirty. Breakfast was good. and service was great.

Nova Domas, has a great location. The 5 Star staff did everything they could to make our 5-night as comfortable as possible. Terrible maintenance on this hotel. Changed rooms twice, in three nights. Bad heater, changed rooms, no shower changed rooms, light blew in room, all other went out, sink wouldn't drain. Don't ruin your experience by staying here.
