My wife and I just returned from Rome and had booked 4 nights at the Britannia. The hotel has some steps down to reception not handicapped friendly. We stayed at the Britannia in September, 2011. The staff was excellent. Very polite, friendly and helpful. None of us knew any Italian. The rooms were small, but comfortable. We had verandas with a table and chairs. The TV had BBC and CNN. Location is excellent. Breakfast was excellent and the food staff were extremely attentive. More
