We stayed three nights on our first trip to Rome. Everything was as we expected. Great, English-speaking staff. Friendly advice and a clean, nice room with big bathroom for a major European city. They even made reservations for us. Also very close to train and metro stations. Always comes down to this: would I stay here again? Yes.
