As you enter the hotel you receive a warm welcome by Simona who is polite, beautiful and very knowledgeable and makes you feel home immediately! Hotel Britannia is centerally located in Rome and very clean. Very good breakfast in the morning...wide variety. Carmen was wonderful. Mario was very accomodating and worked with us on transportation needs. These two people made the experience such that we will go back to this hotel on our next trip to Rome. More
