Very good location, rooms are very clean, good price ! The owner Giuseppe is really friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast is really basic, but I think is standard for Rome when you compare to other B&B's - one coffee and one croissant.

Just leaving today from a very pleasant stay. Has three roomy bedrooms that could suit a variety of guest configurations. Prices very reasonable. Very clean. Host is very accommodating. Away from tourist area but plenty of restaurants and stores /markets in area. Transportation is easy.

We brought our 5 month old along to this trip in Rome. So we needed a place that is baby friendly, close to public transport and affordable. The apartment is on the first floor, no elevator but no problem with your luggage as Giuseppe is always happy to help. We stayed in the red room, it looks exactly as you... More

The room, the apartment the building and the area was lovely. Felt like we live there. Giuseppe is very nice, very helpful specially when we had big issue going on, Giuseppe helped us and took care of us, which for sure we wouldn't get the same treatment at a hotel. We were in the Pompeian room, lovely and warm decoration.... More

My parents and I stayed at this B&B for a few days and we really enjoyed it. It is in a residential neighborhood and on a quiet street. It is about a half hour walk to the colisseum and close to bus stops and metro stations. Giuseppe was extremely helpful. It had air conditioning which was great since it was... More

This B&B run by Giuseppe is in a more residential area of Rome, though not far at all from the center of the city, so you feel like you are living like a real Roman. There were lots of fantastic cafes at which to eat nearby and a wonderful market just down the street. We walked everywhere and we were... More

This charming B&B located just outside of downtown is a great place to stay. As Rome is a city to walk, this slightly out of the city centre place is a great choice. Close to great restaurants and transit. Guiseppe is a wonderful host who goes out of his way to make your stay is pleasant - from recommending restaurants... More

From the minute Guiseppe opens the door you feel welcome. We thought not staing in Trastevere was a mistake, but actually it as the right choice. We were away from the tourists, in an authentic neighbourhood surrounded by parks, cafes and restaurants. He gives great advice, and his English is superb which is very helpful. We stayed in the red... More

Enjoyed our stay at Alice's! The room was nice, clean and comfortable. Very, very friendly and helpful hosts! It is in a great location, we walked to the Coleseum and to the Forum and even found some great little restaurants in the area.
