We were very happy that the accommodation lived up to the reviews we had read. We had 3 double rooms and they were all well equipped, clean & tastefully decorated. We also had access to a full kitchen which we found really useful. Our host, Giuseppe, was very helpful throughout the stay. He suggested sights which may otherwise be overlooked,... More

Alice's B&B was an excellent place to start our time in Rome. We stayed here for 9 nights, and found it very comfortable. Rooms are clean and nicely decorated. The location is good with close access to shops, bus routes, cafes and major sights. Carol and Guiseppe are genuinely friendly hosts. More

This was the start of our Family Italian adventure - The apartment was perfect for us as a family of four, with 2 pretty rooms with large beds we had no problems sharing. All we needed was available for our 3+ day stay two separate bathrooms in good order and a little kitchenette for any food storage and prep we... More

We had a beautiful time in Rome and staying at Alice's B&B made for and even better time. The resturant for cafe & pastries was great and we even went back for dinner. Giuseppe was an excitent host. He drove us to the airport and we learned a little history about his place. More

Clean, quiet, pleasant rooms, very comfortable beds, nicely-appointed bathroom en suite. The second "B" is achieved by offering vouchers to the local cafe which is an excellent option as that is, after all, how most Romans take their breakfast. Location well served by buses which took us to historic areas without much difficulty. B&B hard to find as in a... More

We were only in Rome for 3 nights and found Alice's B & B on Trip Advisor. We are so pleased we did as it was excellent and just what we needed. It is very central to everything although far enough out of the rush of the CBD to experience Rome's suburban life with the locals. The B & B... More

Giuseppe the owner was extremely accommodating and generous, in helping us find our way around the city. The B&B was very clean and comfortable, with a handy small kitchen area. We were given vouchers for a pastry and coffee for a lovely local cafe each morning. There is also a very cheap super market nearby, which is worth utilising as... More

In our first time in Rome we've stayed in this lovely place, that we'll never forget. The room is so clean, cozy and amazing decorated! Giuseppe was a great host. He gave us some invaluable roman tips, like buying online tickets for the Musei Vaticani to avoid lines, where to eat, how to get to places. We felt like home!... More

We absolutely loved our stay at Alice's during our first trip to Rome this summer. The owner is super-friendly, the place was clean and cosy and included a kitchenette (very helpful for saving some money and being able to pack lunches every day!). The cafe for breakfast was also quite lovely and had delicious pastries every morning. We were able... More
