We were there for 3 days. I liked that hotel with helpful staff, moreover not only staff was helpful but also people in Rome. Pleasant view from rooms: gardens, flowers etc. Neighborhood was quiet .Public transport was available to reach the centre, and underground network was perfect to reach all destinations. Defiantly, it will be better to have car, in...

At first glance, the hotel looks like the 4* hotel that you booked.
That is, until you look around at the surrounding area. When we got out of the taxi, there was a stray dog walking across the street and a syringe on the floor.
Forgetting these, the hotel was clean and modern. Not the most comfortable beds, but European...

May 5th 2012 Clean and tidy friendly staff, paid for 4 star luxury got a travelodge, no restaraunt just a room with plastic chairs ,breakfast cheese cold ham and bread, no bar just a small room with some bottles. 4miles from Sabaugusta metro. Felt completely cheated be warned any premier inn would put this place to shame.

March 28 2012 We had a three night holiday. Quiet safe area Good parking. Excellent room and en suite. Good breakfast, No pool, public rooms ex unused bar. 10 min bus ride to cafes etc. No food at other times
Big disadvantage it's not near the centre and getting there takes an age.
To get there from the Fiumico airport......

This hotel was modern, clean and comfortable, and the staff were helpful and spoke good English. That's where the good stuff ends. Supposedly 4 stars, the hotel is situated way out of the city centre in a residential suburb of Rome, and miles from the airport. Whilst our room was clean and comfortable, we were amazed to find no tea/coffee...

Inconvenient location for a city break, the back of beyond.
Stayed 3 nights, woken by comings and goings of travellers on 2 of them.
No snack/food facilities apart from breakfast. Supermarket next door. One local eatery.
Bar was closed 2 visits out of 3. Room clean but top bed cover stained.
I think 3 star would be more appropriate. Disappointing.

Typical 00's design airport hotel on the cheap, located in the middle of a Rome suburb, but still close to Ciampino airport. Only staying here because of meeting located nearby, but otherwise would be suspicious of any operator claiming this to be a Rome hotel, if you're looking to access Rome as a city.
Rooms are spotless, beds, thin mattress...
