Bernard is a wonderful host, he went out of his way to assist with my stay in Rome. The B&B is close to the Termini (Central) Station, which is easily accesible from the airport. The owner is quite nice and made the room (I knew it was a single) sound very good - fridge, private bathroom, tv , desk etc. However, once reaching the hotel, which was not in the greatest area near the Termini station, the room was tiny. My wife and I paid our first visit to Rome,Having booked the flights and chose the Old Roma from a website.When we arrived at the B&B from the railway station (Termini) a 10 min. walk we had a problem finding it at first as there were no signs up,it is situated in an appartment block with only a bellpush sign...
